Are you ready for AutoQuotes 360? Attention AutoQuotes users! The new AutoQuotes 360 is now online and ready for you to give it a try. The great thing about AQ360 is that you don’t have to download and install it before you can use it. All you need to do is go to the AQ360 website, log in, and you’re ready to start working. If you’re an AQnet user, all your projects and user added information (customers, discounts, etc.) from AQnet are right there in AQ360. If you’re still running one of the legacy versions of AutoQuotes (versions 4 and 5), then you won’t see any of your existing projects, discounts, customers, etc.

Yet (but you will soon). Regardless of which version of AutoQuotes you’re currently using, you can run AQ360 side by side with it and don’t have to worry about any conflicts between the two!

As soon as you log into AQ360, you'll notice the similarities to AQnet immediately. While AQ360 was specifically designed to emulate AQnet to leverage your existing AutoQuotes knowledge and get you up and running quickly, it’s got some exciting new, time-saving features that will make your job easier. The Project Details panel is now visible from the main screen. This allows you to enter the job site information or change the name of the project, add an additional customer, rep, or consultant to the project, enter freight, installation, sales tax, or change project settings (project code, job reference, status, etc.) without ever having to open the project.

There’s even a memo field to add internal notes about the project, instead of keeping them as inactivated comments inside the project. A Quick item search bar is now available in the project spreadsheet and is a shortcut for searching the catalog.

Instead of going back and forth from the catalog to the spreadsheet, simply type a model number, manufacturer, brand, or product category into the Quick Item search bar. The ability to select multiple catalog items and add them to the project spreadsheet at one time is finally a reality, as long as the items don’t have any options and accessories. Just use the standard Windows ® Ctrl and Shift keys to select multiple items in the catalog and add them to the project spreadsheet using the Add to Project button. In AQ360, report options are now in plain view, not only allowing you to see exactly which options are selected but to make it easier for you to make changes.

In addition, when emailing a quote, the pdf is now stored on the server and the link to the pdf quote is sent to the customer. Th is allows you to send any quote, cutbook, or quote with cutsheets to your customer without ever having to worry about it being too big to email. You can always use the email button on the Adobe toolbar if you'd prefer to email the pdf quote as an attachment, instead of as a link. One of the exciting new functionalities in AQ360 is the inclusion of utility information.

Testing accommodations are available for test takers who meet ETS. It will not work with the practice test in the GRE POWERPREP II software. Get the ZoomText Software. Note: If you are a Mac® user who needs screen color or magnification. GRE Practice Test Software for screen magnification, selectable colors, screen. Whenever an item with an available utility load is added to the project spreadsheet, the applicable load data is automatically added to the grid on the Electrical and Plumbing tabs on the project spreadsheet. What this means to you is that the utility grids on the cutbook lead sheets are now populated for you! There’s even a button on both the Electrical and Plumbing tabs so you can export the utility information into an Excel® spreadsheet to send to your GC. And finally, for anyone who ever wanted to quote in Spanish, with AQ360 you can create a copy of an existing project and translate it into Spanish with just a single click. When you’re ready to start making your job easier, go to and give AutoQuotes 360 a try. We’ve set up a discussion group here: Please give us as much feedback as possible. The important thing to remember is that even though AQ360 feels like a normal Windows® program, it’s actually web-based, so you’ll need to be on-line to access it. An off-line solution for AQ360 is still in the works and will be available down the road a bit. In the interim, you can use AQnet as your offline solution. Any work that you do on projects in AQnet version 6.574 or later will show up in AQ360.

Please be aware that any work done in AQ360 will NOT automatically migrate back to AQnet. Those projects will need to be exported and imported into AQnet. If you’d like a brief overview of AQ360 before giving it a try, check out our Quick Start Video at A print version of the Quick Start Guide can be downloaded from Thank you in advance for giving AQ360 a try today.
