The Mac N' Cheese 5K is one of our fastest selling promotional runs of the year famous for New Enlgand's AWESOME Mac n' Cheese and finisher's medals that are the envy of every true lover of 5K's AND Mac n' Cheese. Check in race day opens at 9 a.m. And our 5K run/walk from the Ale House takes place and the smooth flat and paved surface of the Pinellas Trail at 10:30 a.m. Labor Day Sunday, September 3, 2017.

This is a great run/walk for families ans it is stroller friendly. The run begins and ends at New England's Ale House.

All registrants will receive the awesome finisher's medal which looks just like a bowl of Mac n Cheese, Mac n' Cheese sampler, a race local tech shirt and post party with music and awards to the top 25 males and top 25 female finisher's. To maintain our less competitive crowd, race results are posted on Labor Day at all 5K finisher's will be electronically timed. Your registration fee includes your Michelob Ultra free beer for everyone over 21, a free mac n’ cheese sampler from New England’s Ale House, a timed and accurate 3.1 mile course, your awesome mac n’ cheese finisher’s medal and a “race local” tech shirt.

We do have some promotional mac n’ cheese shirts in ladies sizes so if you’d like to trade your “race local” tech shirt for a ladies yellow you can do so free of charge. If you’d like an additional shirt please bring a $5 for our teens as they are sponsored to benefit Finishlines For Scholarships 501c3. We will begin and end at the Ale House just before 10:30 a.m. Stay at the Ale House as I will walk you all at once as a group to the start/finish line on the Pinelllas Trail. The course is entirely flat and paved in a north out and back route from Oceanview to Valley on the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail.

Your county waiver is attached and your bib number will be assigned when you arrive. Feel free to print a copy to bring with you to expedite the check in process. If you don’t have access to a printer we will have waivers on site. All 5K finisher’s are electronically timed as long as you wear your bib number pinned to the front of the shirt you will be finishing your run wearing. You have been programmed into our timing system so please be sure to wear your assigned number as we know many of your race with family and friends.
