Our Dell Laptop loaner will no longer connect to either two of our SSID's at the office. It will connect in seconds to my home WiFi and Smartphone Hotspot though and others. Things I've tried, these are not in order: 1) Re-Install WiFi driver (latest) 2) System Restore from a few weeks ago when it was working. 3) SFC scan (Ok) 4) Checked Startup, MSCONFIG, CCleaner, Glary 5) Checked/Verified registry settings for WLAN 6) Check for Viruses (Ok) 7) No new software installed recently.

8) Searched this forum and others for solutions (Lots of issues similar to mine out there) Anyone have suggestions? Besides going back to Kansas? Your wireless isn't 'built in' it's got a chip on a card with 2 antennae one black, one white. Check again, please. Push comes to shove your wireless card either has the antennae not connected good, or the radio somewhere else in the case/board isn't properly working (power leakage could cause interference) since you have cleared up the driver issue. I would just replace the card. 30 bucks on newegg.com for a faster Intel wireless card anyways.

I'm not suggesting a usb attachment, an actual wireless card. 9/10 they go in desktops and laptops. I got plenty of dell devices and that is just standard these days. Your wireless isn't 'built in' it's got a chip on a card with 2 antennae one black, one white. Check again, please.
