. Locate the Control Panel, then click Devices and Printers. Right-click on your Zebra printer and select Printer Properties. On the General tab, click Printing Preferences. On the Document tab, change the Paper Layout to Landscape.

Change the Paper Size to 2.25 x 4.00 (5.71cm x 10.16cm). Click Apply, then OK.

On the Advanced tab, click Printing Defaults. On the Document tab, change the Paper Layout to Landscape. Change the Paper Size to 2.25 x 4.00 (5.71cm x 10.16cm). Click Apply, then click OK on the next two windows. Press the Reset Button on the Zebra Printer; it will flash four times. Release the button. The light will turn red and the printer will advance two blank badges.
